What happens when a classical pianist turned hip-hop producer brings new tools into a Seoul recording session?

In this episode of In The Cut, we head to Level9 and DoobDoob studios in Seoul to hang with Robot Scott from the production crew Triangle Park. Watch as he collaborates with songwriters J.Que, Bava, and Daniel Church to build out a track and chase the perfect vibe.

Scott breaks down his exact workflow for tailoring tracks to specific artist briefs. He shows how he uses features like "mumble mode" to test melodies, and how he extracts stems to seamlessly drop them right back into his original session.

For Scott, the technology is just another instrument in the room. "This is pretty much the future," he says. "It's a tool cuz we're still human, you know. So, it's not going to replace us. We're going to still be able to use it at a high level."
