Initially, their goal was to maintain user experience to simplify the move. After a frustrating discovery that this wasn't possible - both solutions are very different products designed for different users - they were pleasantly surprised that Teams had so much to offer right out of the box. In fact, quite a bit of that functionality they couldn't find in any alternative product. As development continued, they also created custom solutions that have transformed their incident management process all while leveraging their investments in existing technology.
