With Microsoft Teams chats, you can stay connected to your team while remote working. In this Microsoft Teams tutorial, you’ll learn how to start a Teams chat. Start 1:1 or group chats to collaborate with a smaller group or to talk privately, and pin chats for quick access.
• To start a chat, select “new chat” and type the name of the person or people you want to contact. You can also select the down arrow to add a name to your chat group.
• Within a chat, you can also make video and audio calls. If you want to keep a chat and its messages handy, you can pin the chat.
• Select “more options" then "pin” and the chat will appear in the pinned list.
