Org-wide teams in Microsoft Teams provide an automatic way for everyone in your business or organization to be a part of a single team for collaboration. As you add more users to Microsoft 365, they will automatically be added to this team.

• From Microsoft Teams, select “Teams,” then “Create Team.” • Choose “Build a team from scratch,” then “Org-wide.” • Give your team a name and description, then select “Create.”

You’re now ready to start using your org-wide team.
