Scheduled tasks in Cowork lets you save prompts and have Claude execute them on a recurring cadence (hourly, daily, weekly, on weekdays) or run them on demand. Each task has access to everything a regular Cowork session does — your connected tools like Google Drive and Slack, installed plugins, and skills — so the outputs are just as thorough as if you ran them yourself.
Create scheduled tasks with the /schedule command or from the Scheduled page in the sidebar. Pause, edit, or run them on demand anytime.
